For a one-time investment of $1,000 plus tax, you will receive unlimited access to all Legacy North Academy group training sessions and group events for life. This includes local programs, camps, clinics, and group skills sessions led by our coaching team and guest mentors.
This membership does not include private 1-on-1 sessions, merchandise, travel costs, or events hosted by third parties. It is non-transferable, non-refundable, and limited to one athlete only.

By purchasing a Legacy North Academy Lifetime Membership, you agree to the following:
1. Scope of Access
Includes unlimited access to all group training sessions and group events hosted by Legacy North Academy.
Excludes 1-on-1 training sessions, private coaching, travel, meals, lodging, merchandise, and third-party partner events.
2. Usage Policy
Advance registration may be required
Attendance is subject to available space and safety limits
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in limited early registration access
3. Transfer & Refund Policy
Non-refundable and non-transferable
Cannot be sold, gifted, or reassigned to another person
4. Lifetime Definition
“Lifetime” refers to the operational lifespan of Legacy North Academy Inc.
If the business ceases operations, the membership concludes with no compensation
5. Code of Conduct
Respectful behavior is expected at all times
Violations of our conduct standards may result in revoked access without refund
6. Limited Availability
Only five (5) Lifetime Memberships are available

7. Payment & Tax
$1,000 CAD plus applicable tax

8. Media Consent
By participating in events, members consent to use of photos and videos for promotional purposes unless a written opt-out is submitted
9. No Guarantee of Event Frequency or Location
Event schedules, locations, and frequency may change based on staffing, facility availability, and operational needs
No minimum number of sessions is guaranteed
10. Membership Privileges May Change
Program formats and structures may evolve over time
Legacy North will make reasonable efforts to maintain access to comparable opportunities
11. No Guaranteed Priority Access
This membership does not include priority or reserved registration
Members are encouraged to register early to secure spots
12. Final Approval Reserved
Legacy North Academy reserves the right to deny or revoke a membership at its sole discretion, including for behavioral concerns, payment issues, or misrepresentation
A full refund will only be issued if membership is denied before activation
13. Individual Use Only
