Choose One Promise
If your purpose includes belonging, choose a behaviour that would make it visible: greeting each person, explaining the first activity or checking who was left out. Avoid asking one week’s work to prove every part of the mission.
Give the Behaviour an Owner
Decide who prepares it, who delivers it and who notices whether it happened. Make the routine small enough to repeat during a busy session. A clear owner prevents a shared intention from becoming nobody’s task.
Review What Happened
Ask what was done, what participants experienced and what needs changing. Do not count attendance alone as evidence of belonging. Use feedback and observation, and keep sensitive personal stories out of routine reporting.
Make It Useful.
