Use Four Questions
What did we promise? What happened? What needs attention? Who owns the next step? Bring facts and the few decisions that matter. Avoid reviewing every message sent during the week.
Separate Money and Opportunity
Keep cash received, signed commitments, qualified opportunities and useful in-kind support distinct. A promising introduction can be valuable without being revenue. Connect financial reporting with delivery obligations and costs.
Finish with Fewer Priorities
Choose the next actions that remove a real obstacle or improve the participant experience. Assign an owner and a date to each. Carry unresolved questions forward explicitly rather than repeatedly treating them as new discoveries.
