A Five-Minute Weekly Reflection.
Keep track of learning without turning every session into a score.

Start with Something Concrete
Write down one moment from the week: a decision, a conversation or a skill attempt. Be specific enough that you can picture it again. “Worked hard” is less useful than “kept moving to create a passing option.”
Notice Both Progress and Friction
Name one thing that became clearer and one thing that is still difficult. They can both be true. If something felt unsafe or upsetting, tell a trusted adult rather than keeping it only in a private journal.
Choose One Experiment
Finish with a small action you can try next week. It might be asking for a demonstration, arriving prepared or using one reset cue. Keep the action within your control and make it small enough to repeat.
Make It Useful.
Write your own next step. These notes stay in this page and are not saved or sent; print before leaving if you want to keep them.
