Build a Confidence Evidence Card

Collect specific reminders of preparation, learning and support.

When to use it

Use when confidence feels tied entirely to your last game.

Put It into Practice

  1. Write one example of something you have learned, one effort you followed through on, and one time you helped the team.
  2. Add the name of a trusted person you can ask for perspective. Keep the card realistic; avoid claims you do not believe or guarantees about winning.
  3. Before a challenging session, read the card and pick one action from it to repeat. Add new evidence when it happens, including progress that nobody applauded.

What It Can Look Like

A player includes learning a new defensive role and showing up consistently, alongside a successful game moment.

Your notes stay on this page. They are not saved or sent. Print before leaving to keep a copy.

Take it with you: Confidence can draw on preparation and relationships as well as performance.
