Make a School-and-Basketball Week Visible

See your commitments before they compete for the same time.

When to use it

Use at the start of a busy week with school and sport.

Put It into Practice

  1. Put confirmed school deadlines, practices, travel and family responsibilities in one place. Include the time needed to get between activities.
  2. Identify one collision and discuss it early with the adults involved. Do not quietly plan to skip sleep, meals or schoolwork to make the timetable appear workable.
  3. Choose one adjustment and review the plan after the week. Leave some unscheduled time rather than filling every space with another performance task.

What It Can Look Like

A player notices a long away trip before an assignment deadline and plans a conversation with the teacher ahead of time.

Your notes stay on this page. They are not saved or sent. Print before leaving to keep a copy.

Take it with you: A realistic calendar is a tool for asking for support, not proving you can do everything.
