What a Session
Makes Room For.
Come ready to learn. You do not need to arrive as the finished player.
Build a Skill
Coached repetition in ball handling, passing, shooting and game decisions. Activities can be adapted to the group.
Be Part of a Team
Learn names, encourage someone else and practice contributing when the ball is not in your hands.
Leave with a Next Step
Notice one thing you learned and choose one useful action to take into the next session.
Before the First Session.
What should we bring?
Comfortable active clothing, clean indoor court shoes and a labelled water bottle. Ask the team about equipment or accessibility needs before attending.
Does a parent or guardian need to register?
Yes. A parent or legal guardian registers the athlete, reviews the participation terms and signs electronically during the free checkout.
What happens if plans change?
We contact the registered guardian about any session changes. Check in with the program lead at arrival. Pickup is by a named authorized adult unless independent departure has been requested and approved.
